二.發(fā)言稿的寫作技巧與方法指導 發(fā)言稿是生活中一種常見的應用文體，是參加會議的人為了在會議上表達自己的意見、看法、進行思想匯報或工作情況匯報而事先準備好的文稿。英文開幕詞、閉幕詞、歡迎詞、歡送詞、告別詞和演講稿是正式社交場合最常見的發(fā)言稿。
（1）格式
發(fā)言稿一般由稱呼語、正文和結束語三部分組成。發(fā)言稿的開頭和結尾一般有固定的格式。
例如：（見屏幕）dear friends，i am very glad to introduce muself to you??that’s friends，today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of??that’s you for listening。
如果面對的是熟悉的聽眾，開頭和結尾也可以活潑些、靈活些
例如:（見屏幕）
good morning /good afternoon,everyone?...that’s evening!ladies and gentlemen??that’s ,everyone, it is so nice to see all of you here??that’s you for listening（至于開幕詞、閉幕詞、歡迎詞、歡送詞、告別詞的開頭與結尾我們以后再講）
（2）正文（見屏幕）
發(fā)言稿正文常分為三部分：
（1）第一部分：開門見山地提出本人要談的問題及對問題的看法
（2）第二部分：說明理由。常用到的連接成分有：first of all,secondly,finally等等。
（3）第三部分：照應開頭，總結全文。可以對全文作簡明扼要的總結，也可以談自己 的感想、看法或期望。常用到的句式有：in short?,in a word,i think,i expect等
因為高考試題在命題形式上側重于考查發(fā)言稿正文的寫法。所以寫正文時要注意以下三點：
（1）觀點要鮮明。對問題持有什看法，要明確表態(tài)，不要含糊其辭。要中心明確，重
點突出，但不必面面俱到。
（2）條理要清晰。一篇發(fā)言稿要談幾方面的問題，每一方面有那些要點要進行闡述，都要安排得有條有理，讓人聽起來容易抓住重點。
（3）適當增加關聯詞和細節(jié)。發(fā)言稿開頭于結尾已經給出。那么在命題形式上側重于
考查發(fā)言稿正文的寫法，所以我們在根據要點組織正文內容時，可以適當增加關
聯詞和細節(jié)，以使短文連貫、完整。
（4）語言要簡潔明快，發(fā)言時因為要直接面對聽眾，所以發(fā)言稿的特定形式決定了其
語言的口語性強，因此應少用復雜句，多用簡單句。話說的要準確、易懂，最好
運用大眾語言。所以我們在組織句子時要注意“三多一少”即簡單句式多，祈使
句多、情態(tài)動詞多，修飾性詞語少。但文中的句型也要善于變化，不要過于單一。
三、現場演練
現在我們按照所講的發(fā)言稿的格式和要求，以下面提供的短文為例，來實踐一下怎么樣寫好發(fā)言稿
例題：假如你是李華，將要到英國倫敦參加“international english learning camp”。參加的學生必須在會上交流自己的英語學習體會。請你根據以下提示寫一篇英文發(fā)言稿。1.學習方法：多記有用句型，多閱讀英文報刊 2.學習收獲：了解異國文化，能與外國人直接交流 3.學習困難：經常遺忘所學的詞匯

新英文演講稿格式 1.聽眾，注意演講的總體措詞
