選手自由選擇一篇英文文章進行脫稿朗誦，時間不超過四分鐘。(二)比賽流程
1、選手在比賽過程中如果超時會得到的提示，3分鐘時工作人員會舉起停止牌，停止牌放下，表明選手超時，主持人終止選手朗誦。決賽時，選手朗誦完后，回答評委老師提出的問題。
2、出場順序：由選手賽前抽簽決定出場順序。
3、注意事項：
1)必須控制好時間，限時環節以秒表計算嚴格執行，以確保比賽順利完成。2)統計分數的工作人員必須認真、細致，確保計分準確無誤。
（三）評分標準：
比賽根據5大標準為依據評分：
1、朗誦內容和形式(30分)；
2、英語語言水平(語音語調、斷句、音調的起伏、音色的純度、重音、重讀)(30分)；
3、語言風格和技巧/表達和準確度(20分)；
4、綜合效果/節奏控制和觀眾反映（10分）；
5、回答問題（10分）。
（四）決賽評分框架 1．參賽選手的總分將會去掉一個最高分和一個最低分，取余下分數的平均值，分數精確至小數點后兩位。前兩名選手比賽完之后一起打分。2．比賽中如出現重分，由主審評委決定名次。3．評委在每個單元比賽結束后打分，由記分員統計，并由主持人在下個選手結束比賽后報前一個選手的分數。
六、比賽時間和地點安排：
七、獎勵辦法
本次比賽設特等獎一名、一等獎二名、二等獎四名、三等獎六名、優秀獎七名，由 教務處頒發獲獎證書和獎品。

比賽的其他有關事宜由教務處另行通知。
